Bonnie's Wheat Beer Bread Mix
Bonnie's wheat beer bread mix makes it easy to bake delicious bread! Just add your favorite beer style (lager, honey, pilsner, wheat, etc.) and butter to the mix, let it rest for a 1/2 hour, then bake in a 9"x5" loaf pan. There is an add-in ingredients option on the label for a hearty seeded variety for a great nutty taste. This mix produces a fantastic tasting bread with a little sweetness.
We like using a Honey Lager Beer to add richness and depth! And it tastes great with Bonnie's Dill Dip.
